What is leadership development?

Leadership development is the formal and informal processes that prepare current and future leaders to excel in their roles. It includes building critical leadership skills, including decision-making, strategic thinking, network building, team management, innovation and more.

Mr. Jules is knowledgeable and well-equipped to operate CCI and to guide it towards its mission of helping to solve a “Global Crisis”.

He wrote a book, each chapter contains case studies, based on the author’s thirty year experience as a diplomat, and High Commissioner. These illustrate such key issues as the role of the diplomat during emergency crises. Rigorously academic in its coverage yet extremely lively and engaging, practicing diplomacy as an actually life.
