Mr. Jules is knowledgeable and well-equipped to operate CCI and to guide it towards its mission of helping to solve a “Global Crisis”.

Mr. Ernst, humble an activist, fundamentalist minister and an independent, civic-minded beautician, grounded him securely in family, faith, and public service. served as an employment counselor, and director of two youth and community development programs. Dedicated to making the world the greatness accessible and affordable for all citizens, no matter where he/she lives. Ernst was appointed as Human Affairs Commissioner where he served for many years

He wrote a book, each chapter contains case studies, based on the author’s thirty year experience as a diplomat, and High Commissioner.
